Website relaunch for ONE24 —
live in two weeks.

01 · Starting point

ONE24 wanted its website on a footing that grows with it: clear paths through the offering, short loading times, a shop that can be extended. We began by measuring where the existing site stood — and derived from that what the new one had to be able to do.

02 · Challenge

The critical points were not in the design but in the changeover: synchronising the content and migrating the data from the old platform to the new one — without downtime for the site that was still running.

03 · What we did

Domain transfer, setting up the hosting, implementing SSL encryption and migrating the content in full — paced by a clear project plan and close coordination with the client.

04 · Result

From the go-ahead to going live: two weeks — a figure that can be checked, rather than a promise.

What we took away

A relaunch in two weeks is not a question of speed but of preparation: once migration and sign-offs are settled before the start, the build becomes a matter of working through the list.

Analysing the old site belongs at the beginning — it supplies the goals the relaunch is measured against.
