An SEO workshop with a 90-day plan —
enable the team instead of tying it in.
01 · Starting point
The website was there, and its substance was solid — expertise that not many people have. What was missing was the bridge to search: someone in discomfort does not look for the method, they look for what is troubling them. And they look nearby.
02 · Structure
Four modules in one day: SEO in brief (technology, content, authority) — a live diagnosis of the practice's own website — keyword strategy along the pattern method × concern × place — quick wins and a plan with an editorial process and named responsibilities.
03 · The 90-day plan
Weeks 0–2: basic hygiene — sharpen titles and descriptions, unambiguous main headings, image descriptions, internal links, business listing. Weeks 2–4: foundation — topic clusters with five to eight core pages, an FAQ in everyday language, cluster linking. Weeks 4–12: scaling — a new page every two weeks, reviews encouraged, a pillar page with cluster articles.
04 · How it is measured
Weekly: impressions, clicks and indexing. Monthly: profile views, calls and contact events. Qualitatively: enquiries that fit better and shorter clarification on the phone.
05 · Result
The team carries it out itself — with templates, a playbook and a plan that is worked through week by week.
Putting it into practice
Not everything that came out of the workshop had to be done by the team. We took on part of the measures ourselves — visibility in local search improved measurably afterwards.
The rest stays with NeuroSomaticHealth. That was the idea: once you know the fundamentals, you decide for yourself where support is worth having.
What we took away
Knowledge stays — and where things need to move faster, we do the work. The team at NeuroSomaticHealth now knows the fundamentals and decides what to take into its own hands. Part of the plan we took on and carried out ourselves.
Technical language and everyday language both need their place: one carries the credibility, the other makes sure someone finds the page at all.
Should your team run SEO itself?
One day of workshop, a 90-day plan — after that you decide whether you need support.
